Began in 1984 with two brothers and two trucks, providing exemplary, reliable, and customer service-oriented solid waste removal.

Having lived in condominiums themselves, they realized how important it was to have a solid waste company that was both reliable and honest and one that took pride in its work. As their company grew in size and reputation, the brothers instilled their own work ethic into their employees. Their philosophy was, and still is, “Treat each property as if you lived there yourselves.”

After one particularly harsh and snowy winter, the brothers saw that their customers needed the same high quality of service in regard to snow removal. Their customers were excited to realize that they could also count on Capitol Services to now help them during winter storms.

Capitol Services not only left their customers' properties clean and spotless of trash, but now provided the safety of plowed and ice-free parking lots. All customers now had the ability to enter and exit their properties safely, 24 hours a day, regardless of the wintry conditions.
